Sisters

Sisters are the people you can share your secrets with, cry with, laugh with, and just be yourself with. They don't judge you or make you change. They accept you exactly as you are. They look at you and they see a great person, one they love spending time with. Sisters all share something in common and are tied together by memories, tears, laughs & smiles. They're tied together by love for each other. Sisterhood is the greatest thing in the world. We the Sister's of Omega Pi find our time with our sisters are the best times of our university lifes.

Sisterhood is many things. It's a warm smile on a cold and rainy day, a friendly hug, a cheerful hello... It's all that a good and lasting friendship is, only better. It's treasured. It's sacred. It's knowing that there will always be someone there for you. It's dreams shared, and goals achieved. It's counting on others and being counted on. It is real.

A sorority is more than letters on a sweatshirt. More than traditional songs, pins, rituals, and obligation, or a way of life. A sorority is learning about people, a sorority is giving without expecting a return. A sorority is earning respect from others, as well as for yourself. A sorority will not solve all your problems. But is a place to make good friends and find the confidence you need to take on what life has to offer.

Through actively participating in the functioning of the sorority, these sisters are not only helping the sorority grow and flourish, they are enhancing their own experience. Being an Active sister doesn't necessarily mean you must take a position, however the satisfaction that comes with the potential achievement as a result of holding office can be tenfold.
