Letter from our President...

As president of Omega Pi, I have to say, I’m very excited for the upcoming year. The active chapter has been working hard all summer so that we can be as prepared as possible for the upcoming year. It’s a big one for Omega Pi, with 2010 being our 25th anniversary. We want this year to be a year that all sisters can be proud of.

Also, Samantha Snow, our philanthropist has been busy creating a great outline of events for us to get more involved with in the community. We are becoming involved this year with Run for the Cure, in support of the Canadian Breast Cancer foundation. All of the sisters are very excited about this!

We’ve also got a lot of great fundraisers, social events and Rush events as well. These include everything from car washes to cocktails.

All in all, it’s going to be a very busy year for Omega Pi, one that I feel will really be memorable for the active chapter. We have a lot of goals and even more ambition. I’m so excited, as I know the best is yet to come.

Cheers,
Elaine Toombs, #230
Omega Pi President
